A few weeks ago I sent off an order to WIPO for something they'd recently
published -- Intellectual Property Needs and Expectations of Traditional
Knowledge Holders -- a work which it turns out is rather banal, and mostly
interesting as the current high-water mark for WIPO on TK/IK.

What I got instead was five copies of the Nice Agreement, volumes 1 and 2.

I was going to return them, having never expected to see, post IETF-44, any
reference to Nice, or Madrid, in an IETF document.

Life is really random.
