I agree with all your say - when I first raised this issue from
the "last call on editorial updates", retaining the info until the
end of the nomcom (which isn't when the announcements are made, as
I hope everyone here is aware) was what I suggested.

The logistics of where the records should be kept until the nomcom is
disbanded aren't too important to me - though I think only the nomcom
should have access (so data that is encrypted and placed somewhere should
have its key retained with the nomcom)
