Actually, it's supposed to be the exact reverse, from what I've been told --- my understanding is that nomcom members are encouraged to delete all of their nomcom-related e-mail and files for their own protection, and that encrypted records would be sent off to the secretariat for that purpose. Of course, no one can't *force* you to delete your nomcom-related e-mails, but I would consider it a wise thing to do. > So we absolutely do not need to send off an archive to the secretariat or > any other external host. Well, we do, if we don't want to depend on nomcom members deciding to risk retaining their nomcom-related records. - Ted
