yeah, but there's already 4 ex-officios on the nomcom that are supposed to provide adult supervision. how much more ex-officio/outside/whatever help do we need?

publishing summary snapshots of what's going on inside the nomcom isn't going to help, but will add a lot of noise.

the reason we have those 4 ex-officios there is to make sure that all the right people and questions get asked...
