One other point. Seems to me that 2727bis should stick with the task
of selecting IAB and IESG members. This means that it should not be
adding rules that have to do with how the IAB/IESG run themselves. The
above rule strikes me as one of the latter. If the IESG or IAB feels
that the above rule is appropriate, let them make such a rule. The
nomcom should stick with filling the slots it is told to fill.
