Subject: ISOC Board [was Re: DISCUSSION: rejecting candidates]
This is irrelevant. The ISOC's revised governance model has very minor impact on its role here - it simply means that a few ISOC Trustees (those selected by the IETF) may need to recuse themselves, as has happened in the past.
