Section 4 includes this:

>    4.   The Internet Society President appoints the non-voting Chair,
>         who must meet the usual requirements for membership in the
>         nominating committee.

"Usual" is subject to interpretation. To remove any doubt, I propose 
changing it to:

   4.   The Internet Society President appoints the non-voting Chair,
        who must meet the same requirements for membership in the
        nominating committee as those listed below for volunteers.
