Hi,

Two years ago NomCom had 3 members from one company. At that time,
I raised the issue of changing the rules to avoid such a result,
and was told it was a one-off and not to worry.

This year it has 4 members from one company (not the same one).

I have nothing against the individuals involved either last time
or this time, but IMHO we now have running code to show that
this is a problem in our selection process that we need to fix.
