I would vote to tweak the above every so slightly...  I would say
when volunteering folks include the name of their employer and any
other organization they feel particularly close to.  For instance, I
work *for* BBN.  But, I drive to a NASA facility every day.  I would
not know which to list if I had to pick a primary organization.
This change only makes things more conservative and is not really
any more complex.
