oh, sorry.  right.  that seemed so automatically true it did not occur to me to
mention it. but, yes, it does need to be stated.

my original proposal was 50%, and I got feedback saying that that was too
high. That's why I suggested 33% this time.

With a nomcom of 10 voting members, that's 3 people certain to have recent,
direct involvement in process. From my own experience on nomcom, I think
that that is plenty to make sure that the experience is represented
adequately..
