Hi Avri.

I am in favor of the 3/5 rule because I think it will result
in a nomcom pool that has on average greater IETF experience.
I also support the rule because it enables consistent contributors
who happen to miss two IETFs in a three IETF period to still be
represented in the nomcom.

I am assuming the secretariat has or the necessary records available
to support a 3/5 rule - has that been verified?
