Is it hard for the secratariet to determine these numbers?  It might
be nice to see a wider range of values plugged in... 3 of 6 or 4 of
7 or 5 of 8 or whatever. 

From the above it doesn't seem to me to matter much one way or the
other -- but, I'd go with 3 of 5 just to ensure a little more
experience.
