No serious difference in the *number* of eligible people.
Which addressed the concern that some had that the pool would shrink too 
much, but tell us nothing about who those people are.

as others have said - I believe the people who have attended 3 IETFs are on 
average more qualified to be on the nomcom than people who have attended 2 
IETFs.
