I really feel this is overkill.
It is, in part, but experience has told us that it is important to
document this edge condition. It reinforces:
1. the rule that the NOMCOM is told what positions to fill.
2. The non-rule that serving on more than one body is not prohibited.
Revising this document is mostly about clarifications, which arguably
could be mostly overkill.
