Speaking only for myself....

I still hold to the position that it's inappropriate for this body to 
dictate voting rules in other bodies - that there's no reason to require 
the IAB and the ISOC Board to have consistent rules, even.

If the community does not agree with me, any choice would do, and I agree 
with Ran that we should fix the language.
