In Section 3 Item 7 Sub-item 8 Page 9, please ignore the following
sentence in the first paragraph:

    This is because an individual is permitted to serve in more than one
    role although oral tradition does discourage the practice.

It should have been deleted and thus will not be present in the final
version.
