Discussion period has ended

Well the timed discussion has ended, but we still have not resolved the 
still open issues, including 2 of those that are gating issues for the 
IESG.

i.e. Issues 1, 2, 10, 17, 24.  The current status can be found in:

At this point I will request a meeting slot at IETF58 so that these 
issues can be discussed and hopefully proposed solutions can be 
proposed.  Of course it would be best if the discussions continues on 
line.

I also propose that the editor take the other issues and incorporate 
changes in the draft so that these can also be open to review in Minn.
