The mailing list archives URL given on the WG Charter Page and in some
drafts is incorrect.  The correct URL is

	    http://lists.eListX.com/archives/ietf-trade
           ^^^^^

I'm working on getting the Charter Page fixed and drafts will be
udated as they are revised...
