Acting Chair for TRADE WG Meeting in Yokohama

Hi,

Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it to Yokohama.

Joel Halpern <joel@stevecrocker.com>, who is currently Chair of the
POLICY working group and has served as an Area Director in the past, has
agreed to act as Chair of the TRADE WG meeting for me in Yokohama. This
arrangement has been approved by Patrik Faltstrom, our Area Director.

To get organized a bit in advance, I like to be able to recommend to
Joel someone to take notes at the meeting. So, if you are willing to be
a note taker and think it is reasonably likely you will be there, please
send mail to me.
