Advancing the Voucher drafts and ECMLv2

Just to update you on what is happening, since the Last Call on them is over and there were no negative comments, I have requested on behalf of the working group, that
	draft-ietf-trade-voucher-lang-06.txt and
	draft-ietf-trade-voucher-vtsapi-06.txt
be published as Informational RFCs and I have submitted a new version of the ECMLv2 draft:
	draft-ietf-trade-ecml2-spec-09.txt
