The main difference in draft draft-ietf-trade-ecml2-spec-11.txt is that it has a schema for ECML v2; however, a number of problems have already been spotted in that schema. Attached is a much improved schema which passes at least one schema checker without error.

A -12 verison will be posted shortly with improved schema and a schema registration template to register the ECML v2 template with the IETF. The reference to CMS will also be updated.
