[sitefinder-tech-discuss] A technical question

This supposed to be a technical discussion list, so I'll give it the 
benefit of the doubt.

On 9/29 I sent the following message to Network Solution's support.
They told me to send it to Verisign support.
On 9/29 I sent the message to Verisign support.
I received a confirmation message saying I'd be answered in 24 hours.
That was the last I heard.  (As I said in my previous post--you live 
with the reputation you make.)

I'm not sure which upsets me more: that people are so unwilling to accept
responsibility for their own actions, or that they are so eager to regulate
everyone else's.
