F.Y.I. As I mentioned in my note to this forum earlier this morning, Sitefinder has not been shut down and is continuing to work even better than ever. One simply has to choose to use it rather than it being forced. I actually don't mind Sitefinder (that much) and am continuing to use it even now. It is Verisign's method of implementation that is severely broken. If Verisign wants to make it easier to use and more pallatable to the community; then, they should begin discussions with the browser makers as soon as possible in order to have their service listed. The IE mechanism is actually quite well done, not requiring any software updates to be pushed to the clients. The search engine selection list is dynamically picked up from the Autosearch HUB server. Further discussion of re-introducing the wildcards seems a mostly academic excercise since I cannot believe there is any hope of gaining any acceptable degree of concensus. - My opinion Any comments?
