#1 on Kee's list was the determination of whether a given host in
.com/.net really exists.  You answer implies that you do not know why
someone would wish to make that determination.

If that is indeed the case, could you perhaps expand on why you would hold
that position?  If it is not the case, could you be more precise with your
language, as I doubt people wish to be wading through doublespeak.
