No... My applications have hard coded behavior related to NXDOMAIN/RCODE 3 and
the impact of those not being returned in certain zones where that is an expected
problem does not cause consternation above the noise level.  The impact of that
not working in .com/.net, on the other hand, is _MUCH_ above the noise level.
