Well... It may not be technical, but, it is operational. I think it is important to
address the OPERATIONAL issues and that trying to stick to the TECHNICAL issues
is mostly a distraction from dealing with the full set of OPERATIONAL issues.
As such, I will continue to represent positions from an OPERATIONAL perspective
while attempting to limit the amount of POLITICAL perspective involved, even though
at the end of the day, I think the POLITICAL (internet governance) issues raised
are fundamentally far more important than the OPERATIONAL issues raised in this
forum.
